These things are sweet, they look and feel great, fit better then my all stars, the sizes seem to be the same, so I don't know what the 1/2 size larger thing is about, the only thing is the color isn't exactly the same as the frank, it's a little dark, but it still looks great buy them now!!!

I just got these shoes about a week ago, and I love to wear em! They are just like converse all-stars, but they seem much more comfortable and better made. Just simply awesome shoes to...play guitar in or whatever! These have lots of cool decorations like the "5150" logo on the back spine, an "EVH" logo on the back spine bottom, tongue top, and tread. A perfect for any Van Halen fan! I get lots of good comments on my EVH shoes and I'm sure you will too if you get some!

The shoe was of a fairly good standard. I have worn them many times and they haven't worn too much. They look good with jeans, shorts and even with a suite. I am happy with the shoes however if I need money in the future I wouldn't hesitate to sell them for cash which I them can buy goods and services with. I have owned better shoes in the past however, these are of a great standard. The red may fade in the wash but I am not sure as I have not washed them yet. They are fairly basic on features however they do the job. Last week I ran in them and they held up well. I am not an Eddie Van Halen fan I just bought the shoes because I liked the look of them. I have received many complements with them. If you love Van Halen buy these shoes now, if you like the look of these shoes buy them now. If these shoes were stolen I would buy another pair If only one shoes were stolen I would paint another like this. Overall I like the shoes, they didn't get five stars because I am a harsh critic.
